Raid® Ant Baits III

Raid® Ant Baits kill ants where they hide, helping to rid your home of ants for up to three months. After ants feed on the bait, they return to the colony and transfer the bait to the queen and the others, thereby killing the entire colony. The adhesive backing secures the baits under countertops and on walls. Raid® Ant Baits are child-resistant.

  • Use indoors only

  • Separate baits before placement.

  • Place the baits next to the wall along baseboards, in corners, under sinks, in cabinets and near plumbing fixtures.

  • For best results, use all baits in the package at once.

  • Ant bait goes stale after three months. To keep ants from returning, replace all baits every three months.

Tips & Tricks
tips and tricks

Remove food spills and exposed food. Store food in sealed containers.

Caulk any points where ants enter into wall voids, cracks and crevices including entry points from outside or neighboring units.

Baits work best on horizontal surfaces touching corners and walls.

Avoid placing ant bait directly on top of surfaces treated with Raid® spray products to ensure ants carry the bait back to their colony.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ant Bait I placed 6 of the Raid Ant Bait in the middle of the stream of ants coming into my kitchen. I let them sit 2 days and watched them. The ants kept coming in and walked around the bait. It did nothing to stop the invasion. I feel they are useless, won't buy them again

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn't work These didn't work. Ants walked around them, and avoided going in to eat the bait.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No Sure? As you know the ant movements are seasonal - usually in spring time (Large Ants) after that; I guess they stay outside or in their outdoor colonies. It is hard to determine how effective The "ant Baits" are? When ants ARE present they walk all over it, around it perhaps inside. Then they do disappear -- but don't know if it is because of bait OR it's time for them to move outside again. They appear to have the liberty to come and go as they please UNTIL they move out all together. At first I thought they would be inside the ant bait, but after opening about 6 found No ants. As instructed they eat and go home and die! Very Difficult if not impossible to KNOW if Ant Bait is working or not?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work and expensive I placed 12 any baits throughout my house as I was going to be away for the weekend. After 4 days I have returned and have twice as many ants crawling around. Do NOT recommend as they are not worth the $7 a pack and I purchased 3 packages.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product - avoid it! I got this from Walmart hoping that it would control the ants, we keep our house very clean but seem to have an over abundance of ants this year. This product sucks! The ants march around it, avoiding it. It does absolutely NOTHING.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ants ignore the bait The ants don't even go into the bait although I placed them right in their path. No changes in the amount of ants coming in, either.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work. The baits were placed in the corners of our window sills. The ants seemed to discuss it being there and proceeded to march around it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from unsure I placed these down 3 days ago. The ants came to it right away and I watched them go inside. Today (day 3) there are more ants than ever feeding on the bait. I'm starting to feel like it's made of sugar because they love it ! I'm not sure how long it takes for the ants to go back to their colony and feed the queen or whatever, but it seems to be taking a very long time. I'm trying to be patient, but this is not the only trap I have around and they all look like this so it's gross. Wish I had a timeline f what to expect.
