tips and tricks

Remove food spills and exposed food. Store food in sealed containers.

-

Avoid the use of mulch next to the foundation, which provides an ideal place for outdoor ants to hide and to gain entry into the home.

-

Caulk any points where bugs enter into wall voids, cracks and crevices, including entry points from outside or neighboring units.

-

Reduce the population of other insects in the home, which are the primary diet of spiders.

-

De-clutter outdoor areas to remove hiding places close to the home (debris, stones, piled wood, loose bark or mulch).
